This policy explains what personal information LeslieCorp collects through lesliecorp.co.za, why we collect it and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Information we collect

• Enquiry details. When you use the project form we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, budget range, preferred contact method and your message.
• Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe to our news and specials we store your email address, the date you subscribed and the connection (IP address) the request came from, which we use to prevent abuse of the form.
• Client portal details. If you are a client, the portal holds your contact details, your invoices and payment records, documents we share with you and any support requests you send.
• Messages you send us. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive whatever you choose to share through that channel.
• Usage information. The website counts its own visits without cookies: the page viewed, the website you came from and the type of device. Visitors are counted with a one-way code that changes daily, so you are not identified or followed. Where a separate analytics service is enabled, it collects aggregated information about how the site is used.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or proposal.
• To deliver services you have asked us for.
• To send our news and specials by email, only if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Cookies and browser storage

The project form stores an unsent draft in your browser for the current session so that your answers are not lost if you navigate away; it is cleared when you send the form. Analytics tools, where enabled, may set their own cookies. Our cookie policy lists everything this website stores in your browser.

Third-party services

Links on this site can open WhatsApp, your phone dialler or your email app, and our social media pages on Facebook and Instagram. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and any period required by law.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. Email support@lesliecorp.co.za and we will respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
