These are only set when you sign in to the client portal, and the portal cannot work without them:
- lc_session — keeps you signed in to the client portal. It is removed when you sign out.
- lc_2fa — used for a few minutes while an administrator completes two-step sign-in.
- lc_welcome — lasts 30 seconds after you sign in, so the welcome screen is shown once. It holds no personal information.
Browser storage
- The project enquiry form keeps an unsent draft in your browser for the current session, so your answers are not lost if you navigate away. It is cleared when you send the form.
- If you subscribe to our newsletter, your browser remembers that so the sign-up pop-up is not shown to you again.
Visitor statistics
This website counts its own visits without using cookies. It records which page was viewed, the website you arrived from and the type of device, and counts visitors with a one-way code that changes every day, so individual people are not identified or followed. If your browser has “Do Not Track” switched on, your visits are not counted.
Analytics
Where analytics is enabled on this website, the analytics provider may set its own cookies to measure how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. This information is used in aggregate to improve the website.
Third-party services
Links on this website can open WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. Those services set their own cookies under their own policies once you are on their sites or apps.
