Hosting fees

Hosting is billed monthly and is separate from the once-off price of building your website. The fee depends on your website package:

• One-Page Website Package: R400/month for 12 months
• Starter Website Package: R500/month
• 3D Website Package: R600/month
• Standard Website Package: R600/month
• Business Professional Website: R750/month
• E-Commerce Website Package: based on website requirements, confirmed in your quote

Billing

• Hosting invoices are issued on the 25th of each month and are due on the 1st of the following month.
• Invoices are emailed to you and are also available in your client portal, where you can view and download them.
• Payment is by EFT using the banking details on the invoice, with the invoice number as the reference.

Keeping your website online

Hosting keeps your website available on the internet. Hosting fees need to be kept up to date for the website to stay online. If you are having difficulty with a payment, please contact us before the due date so that we can discuss it.

Your content

You are responsible for the content published on your website and for making sure you have the right to use it. Hosting may not be used for unlawful content or activity.

Cancelling hosting

Cancelling hosting is covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Email us if you would like to cancel or move your website so that we can explain the steps.
